For Hristo, roasting is an art—and he's got the tools to make every batch a masterpiece. With the Stronghold S7 Pro, he takes our beans on a flavor adventure, bringing out the best in each one. Whether it’s the sweet notes in our Orange collection or the rich depth in our Sand line, our roasting process ensures every sip is a delight.

Sourcing

We start by hunting down the finest green coffee beans from around the world, perfect for each of our flavor collections. We work with the best coffee importers in Europe.

Roasting

With the Stronghold, we tailor every roast to highlight the unique characteristics of each bean, making sure your coffee is always a flavor explosion.

Quality Control

Every batch gets the full Drekka treatment - cupped, scored, and perfected - so you always get a coffee that’s as awesome as it looks.
